Navis Logistics Network

Navis Logistics Network is a franchisor of packaging and shipping stores. They have two brands - Navis Pack and Ship and Handle With Care Packaging Store. We have been working with Navis since 2002. We do a variety of activities for Navis, including:

• Their main web site - http://www.gonavis.com - which contains the corporate web site along with over 150 franchise-specific web sites.
• Their internal lead tracking, estimating, quoting, and job processing system, http://www.navisconnect.com, has been completely built and is maintained by the Red Arrow Group. This is a very complex application, containing all of their business rules and knowledge about how to properly package fragile items. It also connects to a variety of external applciations, including Salesforce.com, Freightquote.com, Intacct.com and Quick Books.
