Potbelly Sandwich Works

We've been working with Potbelly Sandwich Works since early 2006. We've been working to automate a number of activities for Potbelly, including:

Customer comments entered both through their web site and through written comment cards. Comments are captured, categorized and responded to.
A comprehensive store database. This store database is used to generate menus, fax order forms, locate stores on the web (through Google maps) and provide all of the details about the stores (address, phone numbers, hours of operation, delivery area and delivery hours).
Recruiting database, including a job submission process through the web site and a complete follow-up back end system.
All customer email messages, including store opening messages and general announcements are created and sent by us through the Lyris email system. We track a number of metrics about each mailing as well.
