Client-Side Assembly

Our unique process of client-side assembly of database-housed video elements allows for sequences of views to be requested and displayed on the client PC in a "broadcast" manner. For example, a sequence might be made up of an introduction clip, the subject video and a video commercial that is linked to a URL or a "buy now" link. The unique proposition from Red Arrow Group is that now you don't need to "slice" your video into separate clips - you can program from long, continuous video using our proven on-the-fly, real-time event insertion technology.

Multiple Bandwidth Files

We employ single video files optimized for varying bandwidth. These files adjust their quality on the fly depending on the users' bandwidth and connection ability when streamed from a streaming media server. Our current encoding process targets 28.8, 56k, DSL, ISDN and Cable modems along with a low bandwidth "protection" track.

User-Uploaded Video

Site users can upload their own video for server-side encoding to streaming media format. Content that is uploaded is then streamed to the Internet at large. Considering the size of the home video/camcorder market, this represents a huge source of content without significant investment.

Customizable Player

This means that the video "pops" from your website in a window which looks like your website - without branding from the streaming media player. Most players contain links, graphics and upgrade offers which ultimately distract from your content message. You can also include advertising in this customized window.
